All our platters are finished with a food safe wax.To clean :
Remove any excess food and wipe down with a clean damp cloth.
Do not immerse in water.
Re coat with wax regularly.
Wood will be sealed if it beads water.
Note: Rustic Chix cheese and grazing boards are not suitable for Raw meats.
